Booking Process

  • Booking a meeting room is simple. You can reserve a room by submitting your meeting REQUEST with your preferred date, time, and room. You will be quickly contacted to complete the booking process.

    If you have a coworking account with PHOENIX, you can book your meeting room directly on our website. Just login and select what day, time, and room you would like to book under the RESERVATIONS tab located on the top left-hand corner of our member portal.

    If you don’t have an account with PHOENIX, it’s free and super easy to setup, by REGISTERING HERE.

Room Options and Rates

  • We offer a variety of meeting rooms to suit different needs. Options include smaller rooms for intimate meetings, medium-sized rooms for team collaborations, and larger spaces for presentations, workshops, and off-sites.

  • Rates for meeting rooms vary based on the size of the room and the duration of the booking.

  • Our monthly coworking members and PHX FAM Community Pass members receive discounted rates for our meeting rooms.

Additional Fees and Amenities

  • Additional fees may apply for extended hours, special equipment requests, or espresso drinks. All potential additional costs are outlined during the booking process.

  • Our meeting rooms are equipped with high-speed internet, audio-visual equipment, whiteboards, and comfortable seating.

  • Yes, our coworking network is designed with strong security measures to ensure your work remains confidential. We use WPA2-Enterprise authentication, where each user connects using a unique username and password. This process generates a unique encryption key for each device, ensuring that other users on the network cannot intercept or decrypt your traffic.

    Additionally, we implement low-level firewall rules that prevent devices on the network from communicating with each other. This helps protect against viruses and bad actors trying to exploit other devices.

    These measures, combined with our broader security practices, allow us to meet the demands of users who handle sensitive data—far exceeding what most coworking spaces offer.

  • Our main coworking space, Conference Room, and Conference Studio are all air-conditioned for your comfort. Throughout the rest of the space, fans keep the air moving, and we have a large roll-up door for extra sunlight and fresh air circulation.

    With high, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and plenty of plants, PHOENIX is designed to feel open, bright, and inviting.

Guests and Policies

  • Yes, you can bring guests to your meeting. Please ensure that you include the number of attendees when booking to ensure appropriate room setup and accommodation.

  • The minimum booking time for most meeting rooms is one hour. For longer meetings or events, you can book rooms in hourly increments as needed.

  • Yes, basic technical support is available to help with any equipment or connecting you to the internet. Our staff is on hand to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

Cancellation and Parking

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Yes, there is plenty of parking available! There is metered parking right in front of PHX. One block north on Lincoln Ave and one street over on Pacific St there is residential parking.

    One block away off of Santa Clara is a parking garage next to the Alameda movie theater.

    Please do not park in the 7/11 and laundromat’s parking lot or at Goodwill. Vehicles will be towed. Library parking is available after hours.

Noise Levels and Restrictions

  • We ask that all meeting room users be considerate of noise levels to maintain a professional environment for all coworkers.
