Membership Options

  • We offer various and flexible membership options, including Monthly Hot Seat, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office.

    We also offer the PHX FAM Community Pass, which is a monthly add-on that gives exclusive access to 1/2 day passes, bonus day passes with 10 pack purchases, discounts on booking meeting rooms, and more!

  • When you sign up for the PHX FAM Community Pass, you will automatically be charged $10 once a month. The first monthly payment will be prorated based on the day of the month you join.

    Once you have your PHX FAM Community Pass, you'll unlock a variety of savings including discounts on meeting rooms and gain exclusive access to purchase ½ day passes, including a 10-pack of ½ day passes.

Amenities and Facilities

  • Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, secure key-only entrance, printing facilities, meeting rooms, phone booths, as well as additional perks such as complimentary drinks and snacks, and access to community events and networking opportunities. We also have AC!

  • Yes, high-speed internet access is available throughout the coworking space.

  • Yes, our coworking network is designed with strong security measures to ensure your work remains confidential. We use WPA2-Enterprise authentication, where each user connects using a unique username and password. This process generates a unique encryption key for each device, ensuring that other users on the network cannot intercept or decrypt your traffic.

    Additionally, we implement low-level firewall rules that prevent devices on the network from communicating with each other. This helps protect against viruses and bad actors trying to exploit other devices.

    These measures, combined with our broader security practices, allow us to meet the demands of users who handle sensitive data—far exceeding what most coworking spaces offer.

  • Printing is available onsite for members to access.

  • Yes, we have a community kitchen, that includes a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, including all dishes and utensils you would need for your lunch. We also have sparkling water on tap!

    We provide complimentary espresso drinks, coffee, tea, snacks, and sparkling water for coworkers.

  • Our main coworking space, Conference Room, and Conference Studio are all air-conditioned for your comfort. Throughout the rest of the space, fans keep the air moving, and we have a large roll-up door for extra sunlight and fresh air circulation.

    With high, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and plenty of plants, PHOENIX is designed to feel open, bright, and inviting.

Meeting room Bookings and Rates

  • Conference rooms can be booked through the online booking system on the website. Available options include different room sizes and configurations.

  • Conference room rates vary depending on the size and duration of the booking. Additional fees may apply for extended hours or additional services.

  • Yes, conference rooms can be booked for events and workshops. The booking process can be done online through our website's booking system.

    The easiest way is to REGISTER with us and you can book your rooms and control your reservation yourself. If you already setup an account with us, you can login HERE.

  • Yes, our monthly coworking hot desk member's receive 3 hrs FREE to book meeting rooms every month, including additional discounted rates for conference room bookings.

Guests and parking

  • Yes, guests and clients are welcome in the coworking space. We offer day passes for visitors who wish to cowork.

  • Coworking hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Conference room availability is during coworking hours.

    Conference rooms are available to book outside coworking hours at after-hours rates.

  • Yes, there is plenty of parking available! There is metered parking right in front of PHX. One block north on Lincoln Ave and one street over on Pacific St there is residential parking.

    One block away off of Santa Clara is a parking garage next to the Alameda movie theater.

    Please do not park in the 7/11 and laundromat’s parking lot or at Goodwill. Vehicles will be towed. Library parking is available after hours.

Environment and Policies

  • We have guidelines in place to ensure a productive and respectful working environment for all members. These guidelines include noise level expectations in designated areas and proper use of equipment to minimize two-way conversations.

    There are multiple phone booths available for more private conversations and meeting space that can be reserved for free via our PHX app.

  • PHX has security measures in place, including secure key-only access to the premises and surveillance cameras, to ensure the safety of members and their belongings.

  • Yes, we organize networking socials for coworking members to connect.
